CORAGEN

Coragen® is an insecticide with a new mode of action and acts by contact and ingestion. Coragen® causes activation of ryanodine receptors in insects which stimulates calcium (Ca++) loss from the internal stores of smooth and striated muscles, causing irregular muscle function, paralysis and insect death. The behaviour of the insect is rapidly altered due to exposure to the active substance, resulting in cessation of movement and feeding within hours after exposure and death of the insect after a short period of time and in this way causes very good protection of treated crops. Pests are completely controlled after 2-4 days. The time of action is 14-21 days and depends on the target pest, the time of application and the pressure of attack.

Break time to harvest: vines - 30 days; carrot - 21 days; potato, apple, pear, apricot, peach, nectarine, plum - 14 days; maize - 7 days; tomato, aubergine, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage - 1 day.
