Compas Super is a selective and systemic herbicide, it is presented as a reddish-brown soluble concentrate (SL) with a characteristic odour.
Mode of action: The active substance dicamba 480, is rapidly absorbed through leaves and roots and translocated throughout the plant. Control spectrum: Combats annual and perennial dicotyledonous (broadleaf) weeds as well as DMA salt resistant weeds.
Mode of application:It is approved on maize crop at the rate of 0.5 litres/ha. The product is applied to maize at the 4-6 leaf stage, when weeds are smaller, at the 2-3 leaf stage and in the active growth stage. The volume of solution is 200-300 litres water/hectare.
Compatibility:The product is compatible with most plant protection products and foliar fertilizers. For correct use, refer to the compatibility tables and carry out a small area compatibility test before use.
Do not treat in high winds as it may direct the solution to sensitive crop plants such as: sunflower, sugar beet, trees, vegetables, grapes. Do not apply the product when the temperature is below 10 and above 28 degrees Celsius. Do not apply to sweet corn and popcorn crops. Do not apply if the crop is under drought or moisture stress.
