It is a fungicide with specific multisite action, especially against fungi causing mange, anthracnose and red blotch in grapevine crops.
The active substance folpet has a contact preventive action, preventing the onset of infections on the surface of treated organs by blocking the respiration of susceptible fungi at the cellular level.
Inhibits many of the enzymes and carboxylases with oxidative and citrate synthesis action. Although not translocated within tissues, the product adheres well to treated organs and is hardly washed off by rain, achieving a protection period of about a week, depending on local conditions.
Selectivity: Applied according to recommended doses and under normal climatic conditions, it does not produce phytotoxicity phenomena.
