Physico-chemical properties: The product is a cream-coloured liquid with a latex odour. Mode of action: Acts rapidly, by contact (on direct contact with the insect or when it reaches the treated surface) or by ingestion. The product also has an ovocidal effect on some species. Penetrates the leaf blade and has translaminar activity. It also has a long-lasting efficacy of more than three weeks, ensuring crop protection during this period. The product is not washed off by rain two hours after application.

Mechanism of action: Laser 240 SC has a unique new mechanism of action, different from all chemical or biological insecticides. It acts on the nervous system, mainly on acetylcholine receptors, but also on Gaba receptors - depolarising and activating neurons at the synapses. Laser 240 SC belongs to the Naturalyte class of insecticides, which includes insecticides derived from metabolites of living organisms. It is the fermentation product of an aerobic bacterium called Saccharopolyspora spinosa. It causes paralysis of pests, which stop moving, feeding and die.

Pause time to harvest: cabbage, cucumber (solarium), potato and tomato (greenhouse) - 3 days; vines - 14 days; apple, cherry, plum and onion - 7 days.
