Physico-chemical properties: It is presented as a fine, mobile suspension with a tendency to deposit over time, but with a good capacity to return to a homogeneous, red color system containing 6 g/L tebuconazole.
Mode of action: Vitadin Seed 6FS acts on pathogens localized within and on the surface of the straw cereal grains. After treatment, the active substance penetrates into the seed and then into the young plantlets, protecting them for a long period. As a systemic fungicide, it acts by inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol in the cell walls of target pathogens.
Compatibility: The product is compatible with most fungicides and insecticides (imidacloprid) used for seed treatment. For correct use, consult the compatibility list and test before use.
Moment of application/preparation of the solution: The treatment is applied to wheat and barley seed for sowing. The recommended rate is 0.5L product/ton of seed. With its liquid formulation, the product dissolves easily and spreads evenly over the surface of the seed, providing good protection. The product is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:5 - 1:10 (1 liter product to 5-10 liters water), depending on the type of machine with which the treatment is applied. When applying the treatment, it is very important to observe the dose used and to obtain the most even distribution on the seed surface.
