MOD OF ACTION: ERGON is a sulfonylurea herbicide that is an effective alternative to conventional products in the control of dicotyledonous weeds in wheat. It contains metsulfuron-methyl and thifensulfuron-methyl, complementary substances that together control a very broad spectrum of annual and some perennial dicotyledonous weeds. At the same time, ERGON is totally selective towards cultivated cereals.
