Physico-chemical properties: Stabilan 750 SL is a clear, homogeneous, light yellowish-yellowish liquid containing chlormequat chloride 750 g/ L.
Mode of Action: Stabilan 750 SL is a versatile growth regulator capable of producing a wide range of physiological changes in different plant species and varieties. It acts on plant stems as a growth inhibitor. Absorbs rapidly into plants within 2-4 hours, particularly in high humidity conditions. Stabilan 750 SL inhibits growth, shortens and strengthens the stem which results in the prevention of plant drop. Stabilan 750 SL, when applied to wheat, causes straw thickening and shortening of internodes, thus preventing plant drop.
Maximum number of treatments during the growing season: 1. Recommended amount of water: 200-300 L/ha. There is no rest until harvest. Recommended spray: medium droplets.
Precautions! Avoid drift onto neighboring crops.
Crop rotation: Stabilan 750 SL breaks down in the soil in a relatively short time. Applied at the recommended times, it leaves no residues accessible to succeeding crops. Precautions and recommendations for use related to good agricultural practices: It is recommended to apply to soils intensively fertilized with nitrogen.
Do NOT use the substance: on poor soils with low nitrogen content, 3-4 hours before rain or frost, at air temperatures below 10°C or above 25°C, when there is wind which may carry the substance onto neighboring fields, on wet plants, on weedy crops, where no herbicide substances have been used. During application the substance must be prevented from reaching adjacent fields.
Compatibility: Stabilan 750 SL is compatible with most plant protection products on the market. For greater safety, consult the compatibility list and test. When Stabilan 750 SL is used in combination with fertilizers or herbicides, the timing of application must be correlated with the vegetation phase.
