Physico-chemical properties: Stabilan 750 SL is a clear, homogeneous, light yellowish liquid containing chlormequat chloride 750 g/l.
Mode of action: Stabilan 750 SL is a versatile growth regulator capable of producing a wide range of physiological changes in different plant species and varieties. It acts on the plant thallus as a growth inhibitor. It is rapidly absorbed into plants within 2-4 hours, especially under high humidity conditions. Stabilan 750 SL inhibits growth, shortens and strengthens the stem, which prevents plant drop. Stabilan 750 SL applied to wheat causes thickening of the straw and shortening of the internodes, thus preventing plant drop.
Maximum number of treatments during the growing season: 1. Recommended amount of water: 200-300 L/ha. No break time until harvest.
Recommended spray: medium droplets.
Cautions! Avoid drift onto neighbouring crops. Crop rotation: Stabilan 750 SL breaks down in the soil in a relatively short time. Applied at the recommended times, it leaves no residue accessible to successive crops. Precautions and recommendations for use related to good agricultural practices: It is recommended to apply to soils heavily fertilized with nitrogen.
DO NOT use the substance: on poor soils with low nitrogen content, 3-4 hours before rain or frost, at air temperature below 10°C or above 25°C, when there is wind which may carry the substance to neighbouring fields, on wet plants, on crops with many weeds, if herbicides have not been used. During application, the substance should not be allowed to reach adjacent fields.
Compatibility: Stabilan 750 SL is compatible with most crop protection products on the market. For greater safety the compatibility list should be consulted and a test carried out. When using Stabilan 750 SL in combination with fertilizers or herbicides, the time of application should be correlated with the vegetation phase.
